"We worked with Ben G to purchase a home and it was an extremely unprofessional experience. First, Ben told us it was best to not do a full home inspection, so we opted to do an inspection of the structurally integral parts (roof, attic/chimney, and basement). The day of the home inspection, Ben did not have the keys to the 3rd floor apartment in order to conduct the inspection of the attic/chimney interior. We requested that he contact the seller’s realtor, but he said we couldn’t get in to do the inspection. Because of this, we are now paying thousands to fix the chimney as it is deteriorating on the inside. Second, it felt like pulling teeth trying to get him to do his job. If you didn’t call to request an update or follow up on an ask, you weren’t going to get a response. We still have an old laundry/washer sitting in our basement, which he promised would get taken care of and removed prior to our closing (we closed in April, it’s now September). Lastly, the day of closing, he did not even provide the correct keys to all units of the home. Highly do not recommend."

The Team Leader Nelson Taylor did not attend the walk-through on the day of the closing, nor did he attend the closing, passing off the responsibility to a staff member unfamiliar with the property. I was subjected to a debacle at the closing. Taylor did not assist me , an 80-yr-old widow recovering from a broken back, despite repeated attempts on my part to enlist him in the attempt to recover $5000 in Escrow withheld at closing. A settlement was finally reached, although I lost $2000. At no time did Taylor issue an apology to me despite a clear case of negligence on his part."
