"Giving three stars- five stars for Howard, who was awesome. One/zero stars for Mattress Firm in general. Granted it’s ultimately my fault, but I thought by purchasing from here I was saving money. I purchased using the website and by the time I got done buying everything necessary - the bed, the box spring, the frame (which even though I asked, was not included in the purchase so my elderly mother had to sleep on just mattress and box spring for a few nights) and delivery/removal, it was just as expensive, if not more than going to a more reputable furniture store. Not to mention the fact that even though it was purchased on-line and therefore not able to try, it will be more than $200 to attempt to make any returns. That’s all in the very fine print. Won’t be purchasing from here again. Buyer beware. Do your homework. I didn’t have time to and it cost me."
