"They should really have a sign on their door saying "appointment only". I showed up and the doors were locked and no one was there. I figured someone was on lunch or something so I waited 40 minutes. I found out it was appointment only through the reviews on Google. Just simply a sign at the door would help so that people aren't standing around wasting their time."
"DECEPTIVE OR BADLY-TRAINED STAFF: I recently switched over to Verizon following a promotion that a salesman told me about. I was lead to believe that trading in my phone would take 800 dollars off the balance off the new phone. Sounded great to me, only owing 400 bucks on a 1200 phone. The salesman was explicit, "You'll only owe 400 dollars, you can pay that off and your phone bill will be nice and cheap and you'll have a brand new phone." I took the bait and signed up. He told me it would take a couple months for that to appear on my account, no problem. I even swallowed a $175 bill for the first month, expecting to be getting a good deal. Fast forward a few months, and my balance is still over 1000 on the new phone. I chat with Verizon directly and they tell me, no you get MONTHLY credits, and if you pay your phone off early, you lose all credits for you trade-in, go pound sand. I'm both livid and ashamed for being so easily duped. Do yourself a favor and read the small-print, this is both a store and a carrier that takes full advantage of it. I feel deceived."
"Tammy was amazing! This is the first time I have ever changed my provider. If I had known how seamless the transition was going to be I would have made the change two years ago. Thank you Tammy and Verizon!"
"The staff was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They were able to answer all our questions, and worked together as a team. They were very positive and polite with all of their customers. I recommend highly."
"I don't even know why they have this office open. Covid-19 or not. I've been in here twice and both times they told me just go call customer service and I'm not going to spend an hour and a half on the phone to remove one device from my plan. The website is impossible to navigate. I'm going to Augusta thanks for nothing. *Edit* Your response is invalid and not customer service centric. I asked when I walked in if I needed to make an appointment and was asked what I needed. I needed help removing devices. You sat there 2 feet from someone with new Jersey plates and no mask on either of you. You said "I don't even understand their bills, call customer service" why are you open?"
