"Super disappointed in their customer service. Over the summer when I was pregnant with my son I purchased a pair of their pajamas size 3-6 months- they were washed and put away. My son (born 9/2) is in the 25th percentile for height and weight and was in 0-3 month clothes up until recently. I was excited to try these pajamas on him but was shocked to find they were too small! Other brands like Little Sleepies and Kyte baby in 3-6 months are still too big for him and the Nantucket Kids 3-6 wouldn’t zip. He didn’t even get to wear them once. When I sent an email about the sizing issues they didn’t respond- I had to resend again and they finally responded that they are sized correctly and it is what it is. Hard to believe. I wouldn’t purchase anything from this store and if you do, SIZE UP!"

"I bought clothes online during a sale, when I thought the intention to support small business during the COVID-19 pandemic was critical, and not only were they not open to allow their pick-up service during reported business hours, but didn’t even have the items when they said they would ship them! I’ve never dealt with such unprofessionalism in my life. Cute clothes, but so rude."
