"Unprofessional experience I called the store to make an appointment, and over the phone there was shouting, yelling and I got hung up on twice. Once I got the owner on the phone a third time, she told me to show up at 2pm. I pulled up to the shop at 1:45pm alongside another young lady who I assume also had a 2pm appointment time. I was not seating until 4pm!!! I was made to wait TWO HOURS for my appointment. Two other customers came in that two hour timeframe and also had to wait. There was no kind of restitution for the wait time whatsoever. The experience was completely unprofessional & if I hadn’t needed my hair done for school, I would’ve left and found someone else but unfortunately I was on a time crunch. If go here, just prepare to know what ur in for"

"I called and made an appointment for my son to get his hair braided.upon arrival the shop was packed. Then I was told my son's hair was to short to be braided. I took him somewhere else and they were able to braid his hair just fine. Seemed they just over booked and was not willing to even try to braid his hair. Very disappointing"
