"I have been buying their clothes for about 5-6 years. I had a recent issue on a couple of pairs of shorts and the stitching just came out (no tear or rip and just came separated and stitching stitch is fully intact and just came out and way). The rep at the store said it is not warrantied - it is "wear & tear). Duluth has a no bull/no hassle guarantee and will replace defective merchandise or poor quality merchandise, but they did not honor it at all and it is an obvious product defect/poor workmanship. These are shorts and worn roughly a half a dozen times over the past couple of years. My other products have been fine so far, but the shorts were defective and poor worksmanship and now I am trying to work with the main headquarters and will update as I go, but for $70/pair of shorts I would expect Duluth to honor their policy & workmanship guarantee."

"Wow. First time here and am super impressed! Came all the way from Easton too! So my dog is in love with ruff dawg balls and I googled and they had them in store for 40% off for Black Friday. I was going to Cat Rock dog park in Weston so I did two for in store pick up. That was around 1145 am. I got to the store around 3 and they still didn’t say my order was ready so I decided to look around. I must have looked as confused as I felt because a really nice young man behind the register asked if I needed help. I told him I had an online order that wasn’t ready yet but could he show me where the balls were bc I didn’t see them out. He did more than that. He looked up my online order and went in back to check on it and lo and behold it was done. I don’t know why it didn’t email me but it’s Black Friday so I’m not holding any grudges. Very happy with selection, price, and especially customer service! Will be back again"

"My boyfriend is a landscaper who also does fall and winter cleanup and plowing. He ordered a sweatshirt weeks ago. Recently, we got a package that included women's BOOTS. Called customer service, they apologized and said they'd ship his sweatshirt out ASAP with 4 day shipping. It's getting cold out. He didn't buy it for fashion, he bought it so he can stay warm while working outside. We just got his "corrected" shipment in the mail and it's women's shorts this time. Are you kidding?? What is going on that a simple order for a single sweatshirt has been messed up twice now. I've never had problems in the past ordering from Duluth but this is wild. And now weeks after he should have received a sweatshirt. Moving forward we'll have to take our business elsewhere with reliable fulfillment and shipping."

"Pros: The wood working section was interesting and the store is very tidy. Cons: They don't actually sell very many practical things. It's basically just a bunch of novelty "manly man" things and then expensive clothes. Like there was a $50 t-shirt that wasn't even that soft. By novelty things I mean like a thing to hold a beer can in the shower and pickle flavored peanuts. So if you are looking for silly things and luxury boxers this is the place."
