Was double charged and then when I tried to bring it to there attention they told me they couldn’t do anything for me in the store and to contact customer service. Customer service was very rude and unprofessional and I was cussed at on the phone... filed a claim with my bank... they should have better customer service training both on the phone and in the stores."

"One of the least customer focussed retailer. Had a very aweful experience buying online and returning. Most other retailers make it easy to buy online and return at store, not this retailer. Also they would not refund the original amount. Never buying from this retailer again. Besides the merchandise is aweful and not priced to quality."
