"I shopped here yesterday for the first time. Maria,Anna,Emma and Sophie are sensational. Sophie was so helpful and understanding. The clothes are beautiful, and the customer experience is outstanding. Ty ladies!"
"My opinion is this Mall is fake Big!!! here is so classic Mall and you should walk a lot. But other points are so good."
"My daughter has loved their clothes for over ten years. Many of the clothes are made of natural fibers. They wash well. They are expensive."
"Love FP to death, but it's hit or miss with the girls at this store. The older woman with a pixie cut was particularly snobbish the other day. I'd rather spend my money at other FPs like the Chestnut Hill or Legacy Place stores instead. It's even worth the trip out to Natick from Boston for better customer service. The only consistently well-mannered and actually out of her way friendly employee in Burlington is the younger blonde. If you insist on shopping at FP Burlington I just hope your visit coincides with when she's working. A couple of the other younger girls are usually pretty bubbly, but can be absent with any service depending on how they perceive a customer. For the most part I stay away from this FP."
"f I could give zero stars I would....First time going to Free people store to get some shoes, the customer services is terrible as hell ....No one and I mean no one would help us ..the team members standing around talking and laughing... Me and my daughter asked one lady to help us .. and that assistant Jessica just walked off completely ignoring us...no one would help.... Today was my First and Last time shopping there"
