"A big change in their system. Now, they are taking the phone calls, customer service representative very friendly over the phone, knowledgeable and helpful. Keep up the good work guys, in our community, we need you ! Thank you for all that you've done !"
"As of today, the service was very good and helpful."
"They make me go 2 times and they don’t want help me to change my address they looking for money now"
"This place is not organized and people were about to fight. Some of the staff are not people friendly , rudeness."
"There is corruption in this organization. Staff are asking refugees for money in order to service them. My family member called and asked for housing assistance and the representative assured her that he would help her if she paid him $200. This is a nonprofit organization that is taking tax payer dollars in order to take advantage of vulnerable demographics. To the readers: please understand that you are not obligated to pay for many of these services. THEY ARE TRYING TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF YOUR IGNORANCE. Know your rights and report them. You can file a complaint with the Attorney General's Non-Profit Organizations/Public Charities Division in Massachusetts. If you are afraid, ask your legal family and friends to help you with the reporting. This is how Haitians will gain respect in this country. REPORT THEM."
