"Was in the store with my wife today and while the store was well kept I had the very unfortunate experience of hearing the co manager of the store (I know it was the co because I asked who she was) screaming at another employee. Now while I do not know the whole situation as a business owner myself I find that to be completely unacceptable, and disrespectful to staff and customers. This is not how you want to run a business and not someone I would want working for my business."

"Your employee was beyond rude. Treating a senior buying her granddaughter a dress for semi formal. I refused to purchase there and she rudely told me they didn’t need our business!"

""Mall closes in x minutes" no "Hi how are you, just so you know we'll be closing in x minutes".... Why are the employees or managers at every Windsor rude? This is a big reflection of the company more than the employees. Because if this is the third Windsor I've walked into that has rude employees then it's an obvious sign of management or whoever is working above them putting too much stress on their employees. I'm not as upset with the employee as I am with those in charge of the stores. I loved Windsor for the longest time but within the past year or two they've been so rude for no reason. If managers read these reviews (which I know some stores do) don't scold your employees more, give them a happier work environment."

Purchase several items two witch were stained and they will not accept them its a scam they knew the items were stained putting them on the rack obviously its a setup to sell defective products ! I thought I found a nice new store but scamming customer I will never shop here again."
