"Very dirty place outside looks horrible trash all around the place how can you get customers when boxes are thrown all over the place you can't even look had a 50 percent off a merchandise I was buying and it came up full price I told her she said I don't know with attitude I said I don't want it people you have to understand without customers you don't get paid"

"This particular Family Dollar store had just about everything one needs for adults to children to infants & this includes clothing,all types,socks,underwear & all & for all. They've electronics for small things. Everything is inexpensive & set at reasonable prices. Staff are truly friendly as well."

"Don't exactly understand what transpired at the register ahead of me but the customer appeared to be inquiring about exchanging a defective mobile card purchased elsewhere...the cashier leaving spoke to the new one in Spanish I didn't understand but the customer was offended (by his tone in response). He politely said " by the way I speak Spanish" the cashier appeared embarrassed...not exactly customer relations triumph whatever she said seemed personally offensive. The cashiers were changing shifts and whatever comment she made was obviously offensive towards the young black customer. I give him credit for calling her on her behavior but remaining civil."

"Love the location it's convenient for many and the prices and smart coupons do. Come in handy, but the clutter and crowded isles with all the new inventory coming in is horrible! Hard to navigate with your cart through them,and the customer service is awful except 2 people Yolanda who is awesome and so nice and another young girl who is a cashier she's great too but I don't know her name because of no name tags. Sad"
