"I'm another Happy camper. Purchased a 2020 GMC with 30000 miles to pull new camper. People started telling me about a shake that happens to the 8 speed transmission I thought I had. People said put in the Mobil 1 fluid when it starts to happen. To calm my fears of breakdown I wanted the change the fluid now. Told the cost about 4 or 5 hundred to change it out. Tisdell took my truck in to do the work. Called me to tell me they didn't want to do the change. The shake was for the 8 speed transmission it happens at higher mileages the torque converter wobbles. The fluid change to Mobil 1 does help them. I have a 6 speed transmission, those the torque converter fuses to the pump. He refused to change my fluid telling me it only has 30000 miles. Come back at 50000 and he will change it. Bottom line, my anxiety was cured from the fear of a transmission leaving me stranded. I paid nothing for the help I received. A win for me and a Thank You for Tisdell You are the best. I will be going nowhere else for my service going forward."

Was referred to Tisdell; they finished under their quoted price and ahead of quoted schedule. An outstanding job! Thanks! Update as of 01.21.2022, The transmission on the car needed full replacement. Michelle went out of her way to avoid normal options of auto salvage or supposed reconditioned with no warranty options and found a completely rebuilt w/a nationally recognized warranty.
