"I went here last night for a car wash . I went through the wash and started to drive towards my house noticing something was wrong . I then tried cleaning it off my with windshield wiper fluid and it was all over the car so it wouldn’t work. I had two children and my husband waiting for me to come home so I couldn’t go back but once I got home my husband went to check it out and there was oil all over my car which is weird because I got the basic wash…. I then had to go to another car wash because this one was closed to see if it would come off and it still didn’t come off completely along with having to pay 18$ at another car wash because it was the only open one around at the time . Very disappointing"
"We had a film of some sort on the car possibly from a tree or the pollen. We went to the car wash to take it off and none of it came off had to wash my car after I had my $18 works done. Spoke to the attendant but he wasn’t very helpful. Figured they would offer a refund since the wash did not clean."
