"I came here to get my previous year tax forms and the guy at the front was not the most friendly person. FYI I believe as of January 2017 you need an appointment to get your tax forms. The wait wasn't too bad for me. I came on Friday afternoon and it took about half an hr. Would have given the place a 3 star but the second guy who helped me was friendlier. At the end of the day I got what I came for."
