"We took our 1st grader out of BPS a year ago and at the recommendation of 3 neighbors who have kids here, we checked out the PJP school. At our initial meeting with Principal Nick "Mr C", he sat with our daughter and did an assessment (with parents and stress out of the room) and immediately identified areas of her learning (language rules) that would need to be targeted to meet level. She has since been able to thrive and loves this school. The smaller size has been key, as teachers and staff take the effort to know the students, and to nurture her spirit and sense of social justice. I have found her knowledge, but most importantly her curiosity sparked by the school and environment it creates."
