"Broke throttle cable on a 23 Kawasaki KLX 300. Call a couple of Kawasaki dealerships said they didn’t have the part. I’m from Buffalo NY. Call there and explain my situation. They didn’t promise anything but told me “… they are riders and would try to get me back on the road…” Well he had a cable that was close and after a few modifications it works. They only charged me for the part. I cannot thanks these guys enough. They save my vacation. Highly recommend this place people around the Waterville area support this shop."

"From day one the crew at the starting line treated me great,quick service on my bike and a set of forks i had repaired, when I picked my bike up I talked to the tech that had done the work nothing but polite and helpful with my questions.
