"Everyone I shop there they tell me my reward points are building,but when ask how many I got they can't find them.then I had My recipe from z3 days before so I could exchange my pants and shirt when scanning my My recipe they could no find there's even tho I got my recipe right here in my hand,they wasted 2 hours of my lunch brake and still could not find my recipe in there computer,How could you not tell me......SO IM FILING GREVSNCES. Two days ago I went back to JCPENNEY to see if any changes have been made ,for I have talked to the number giving to me and I was told everything had been fixed,so up one my return from the hospital I stopped by there . And nothing had been done,ever worker there tryed to help me cause they all know me and know that when I save enough moneys I come there to shop as I use to down home before I got real sick,I depend on my reward points cause now I only get one check a monthly when I use to get 4 now I cat work so I have to save a fews months to go there ,and I depend on my rewards points to help me but for some reason ,I guess since I can't spend the way I use to at jc now I'm a nobody and my rewards just disappeared even tho I got my recipes ever staff there has really tryed to help me and they have copy's of all my receipts dating back to 2019 in Maine .. So PLEASE tell me y'all just don't won't me shopping there that I don't qualify any more that's why y'all took my rewards, Someone had to hit that button,it's been 7 months the calls didn't help I was lied to by that guy ,so please just tell me,ok joe"

"I ordered a pickup order for a mattress protector for my toddler's new bed. We moved before it arrived so I wanted to cancel. Such a hassle, and was told I couldn't cancel but if I waited it would automatically cancel after not being picked up, and I'd be refunded. That didn’t happen. I have since called MANY times to check on my refund and here we are TWO MONTHS later and still no refund. I was first told it would auto refund, then was told they'd send a check, then called to check that and they said a check was never sent, they'd send now, wait two weeks for it. Called again today after those two weeks and was told it does not show any of this. This is so ridiculous. Just refund me since the order was canceled and showed as cancelled. I found other reviews similar to this situation after searching. JCPenney has definitely lost my business. Not like they care, but nonetheless not worth the hassle for me. Update: Received check and was charged a fee after it was deposited and then RETURNED and recharged to my account!!! So now still no refund from JCP AND I have now paid a bank fee due to JCP error! SO mad! NEVER AGAIN! They have now officially stolen my money for goods never received and caused me a fee for their nonsense."

"It's JC penny. Used to be a great "upscale" store but this location is getting run down and it shows. The floors are worn and the organization is....yikes. polite employees, but the maintenance and cleanliness of the store is lacking."

"Took advantage of their summer clearance sale and scored three swimsuits for less than the cost of one. The store was well stocked and organized. Staff was friendly and helpful. JC Penney is the only store in town to find quality and age appropriate clothing. Even better when you find exactly what you're looking for and it's on sale!"
