Reviews
"The consulate has been fast and efficient to issue and deliver several documents including a first passport application. They are very responsive as well."
"QUICK AND SMOOTH EXPERIENCE: I had emailed the consulate about an urgent request for a business visa and they replied over email promptly, provided me an appointment and issued the visa for me in time. The team here is extremely helpful and supportive."
"UPDATED REVIEW: I had previously posted about my experience applying for a visa to attend a conference in Barcelona from this consulate, mentioning it is was a very bad experience. I am updating this because most of the misinformation and troubles I had were not from the consulate, rather it is from BLS which is a third party company handling the visa procedure. All the misinformation, regarding price and payment, supporting documents, and bad service (not picking up the phone and disregarding my concerns) was from BLS. The consulate office were helpful and explained the situation, and accomedated me even when I did not have the proper documents. Apparently issues with BLS are not just in the boston consulate but also other BLS offices around the US and canada. I want to highlight and appreciate the kindness of the staff in taking care of the issue, and explaining/helping me when i visited the office. I hope they dont work with BLS anymore."
"The man at the front desk is super sweet and very helpful! I was very grateful to receive an appointment due to a cancellation! Updated my review because they reached out when I had concerns! The staff helped me out when I was confused or had questions I think they’re just overwhelmed with how busy things are"
"We went to the Spanish Consulate today to get my daughters student visa. She will be attending college in Madrid. We ran into some snags when we arrived but Ana the Consul General put us at ease. What could have been a terrible experience turned around quickly. Very thankful for Ana and her staff!"
