"We walked in one night to get a used game controller and Shannon at the desk was on her cell phone having a conversation, didn’t greet us, or look in our direction. We needed assistance because there weren’t prices on the items we were looking at . We walked up to the desk and made noise to make sure she knew we were there but she continued to face her back to us while on her phone cell phone conversation. After a few minutes we had to get her attention by interrupting her which she seemed inconvenienced by but we were not getting assistance. We are very nice and respectful people and didn’t give her a hard time but employees need to be aware of their surroundings and acknowledge customers. There was no else in the store. I did not have an issue with the phone conversation but rather that we were completely ignored because of it."
