"The owner of this store should not be working in a customer service/ people based industry. She is known for gossiping and talking about customers (while they’re in her store mind you) behind their backs or simply to their faces. I’ve also picked up on unsafe store management practices. I bought a bathing suit and found the EXACT same one on shein later that day for a much cheaper price. I’ve also seen some odd stains on some of the dresses while browsing. Overall, it does not seem like a healthy or safe environment, and I feel bad for the employees working under her. This is my first review ever. As you can see, I feel strongly about this. Please avoid."

"Went shopping with my wife here for a dress for a wedding. The owner, Ashley, helped us quickly, offering a variety of options and provided great service! Will make sure to stop here again next time we are in town!"

"Took my girlfriend here to buy her a birthday dress, ready to buy her whatever she wanted. I was killing time on my phone while she was shopping and chatting with a helpful employee asking what seemed to be normal questions, the owner rudely interjected. I was put off by the owner’s tone and attitude, but decided to let my gf shop and stepped out of the store. After a few minutes went back in to check on my gf, and caught the owner talking to an employee about her. As the owner hid her head in shame I told my gf we are leaving, despite her having a nice time shopping with the employees. After reading other reviews, and the owner’s reply to them. I assure you the only one “full of hate” is the owner of this store. Have never felt the need to leave a review until today."

"I am not sure where all these negative reviews are coming from, but my Mum and I had many great experiences during our many visits in the summer and fall. The owner went out of her way to chat to us even when there was a new shipment of clothes or she was about to close up for the day. She even spoke to us for up to half an hour about the town and some secret insider info that a tourist may not know. There are some really cute clothes and earrings which have proved to be really good quality over time. I would highly recommend shopping here!"

"AMAZING BOUTIQUE! Cannot speak highly enough of Ashley and her staff. Every time I walk into their store I am kindly greeted by everyone working there. During all of my shopping experiences I felt like the staff was truly there to help me find what I was looking for and offered suggestions of product they felt would look best on my body type. Not only is there a friendly and warm atmosphere, but their clothing assortment is truly one of a kind. I am always finding unique pieces to add to my wardrobe and I never leave disappointed. 10/10 recommend to anyone visiting Chatham MA to check out this great place!"
