"Dan and the entire staff are amazing!!! They went so above and beyond to fix my broken e-bike. I arrived in chatham In July with a broken bike, unknowingly. Dan proceeded to work on my bike and research every inch on how to fix it, during the height of the busy season. Every single time I checked in with him… I assumed he’d tell me no luck and that’s the end of the road and yet he surprised me every single time and pursued the topic further. My bike repair, was 100% not a part of his normal repair offering…it was completely random problem on an unfamiliar e-bike and it required a lot of diagnostics, he called the manufacturer totally owned the process until it was fixed. I feel like he treated me like a family member….. when it was time to pay, rightfully so I was expecting a large invoice…and again he surprised me and it was very affordable, i proactively offered to say more and no one would accept it. They were simply happy they could fix our bike and picked up a life long customer along the way…thank you Dan and everyone at WheelHouse bike."

"After walking down to rent electric bikes, upon arrival the woman in the shop smugly told us you must be 21 to rent an electric bike. MA law states 16 as the minimum age, which makes sense since you can drive a vehicle. At 18 you can vote, join the military, but at the Chattam bike shop, you must be 21 to rent one of their electric bikes. There are a number of bike rentals in the area and I recommend using someone else"

"After a weary 12 mile ride with 12 miles to go, Dan rescued our day by repairing a flat tire and educating my companion and I about the operation of our bikes including how to shift gears and ride comfortably on the seat. Sarah welcomed us into the shop with a smile and friendly manner and as we were leaving, she overheard our selfie debate in front of the shop and came out to take our picture.
