"I give the pharmacy a zero. I had been trying to pick up my sons medication for a week and there were communication issues between the office and the staff were rude and offered me no help whatsoever in trying to figure out what was going wrong on. I have never been treated so badly before"

"I was a few days late to pick up my spiral ham, so asked the meat department gentleman if they had it, because it was supposed to be behind the counter. He couldn't find it, so he picked out another and said "it's on me", I have to say I was impressed. Thank you for being so kind. There is still kindness in the world."

"It can be better when a single guy who lives alone can find something for dinner and not spend a fortune. Getting your meals from the hot foods bar can be convenient when you don't feel like cooking, but it is inconvenient when it is not available because you can't get to it in time because of work."

"Poor service at the deli. The time to take a dedicated slicer out of service for cleaning is after you've closed the deli counter for the day, not while you're still open. Unacceptable (and no, being directed to the case of pre-sliced cheese didn't help). I get your people want to go home asap but sacrificing service for employee expedience isn't the answer. Do better :-("

"My first time ever in a Hannaford! We are from FL and don’t have them there. We were greeted as soon as soon as we entered. Everyone was following social distancing and were wearing masks. Saw that they had root beer in a glass bottle and had to try it!! OMG! It’s awesome! Girl at the register was very kind and friendly and was quick with a compliment. Older gentleman bagging our groceries was funny and super nice as well! An awesome experience! Way to go Hannaford!"
