McDonald's 1 Topsham Fair Mall Road, Topsham, ME 04086

"Almost every visit here, because it's closest to home, I feel like I have to keep giving them a chance. I either don't get what I ordered, or no napkins and straws... I considered Topsham my "home store" but lately my orders have been wrong more than right and put together slopy and hard to eat. I hate to say it, but the fries at the one I've started going to are perfectly hot every time. I've had to stop going to Topsham as frequently because of this. I'm not petty, and I have management and McDonalds experience both. I will continue visiting, however, only when necessary. It takes too long to keep trying to fix my order again and again. After getting back in line at drive through or going in just to get a drink or the right sandwich or condiments is a giant time suck. I should be getting free food, pie, sundae, something!"

"Ordered large fries and a caramel frappe. The fries were only 3/4 full. When I asked the person at the window to please fill the container the manager (Rene) came over and said that was a full fry and refused to add any. Then he said he would give me a refund. When I said I didn't want a refund just a full container of fries he said he would give me a refund and if I didn't leave he would call the police. I have been going to this McDonald's for as long as it has been open and never have I encountered such a rude person. For $5 the container should be full. Stopped at KFC and got 4 chicken breasts 2 potatoes and a coleslaw a biscuit plus a drink for $22 compared to $11 for a lg fry and a lg frappe. I know where I am going from now on."

"Fried were so cold we tossed them out to the gulls. Kid was ok nice enough but order came to 10 and change I gave him 21. He couldn't make change."

"Went thru and got a small happy meal for my kids got 2 happy meals with fries and one happy meal with 4 French fries in it. Ended up with a 6 year old crying and still hungry.. everyone wants $20 an hour and people can't even manage to put fries in a container for a kid? Don't recommend going there. I never will again."

"First time here..was here at 6:01am doors are locked supposed to be open at 5 am.went through the drive-thru and asked when dining room doors would open. I was told a few minutes..well, it's 6:33am. There is a line to get in doors still locked"
