Panera Bread,

"They got my salad size wrong and the Ceasar salad with chicken had chicken lettuce and croutons...that's it. I was unimpressed. It's a Panera Bread. Hubby said his bread was good. I prefer the soup bowls here, but was just looking for something light for a late lunch."

"This place is going downhill fast. Several years ago, the food quality could justify the cost, but those days are long gone. $40 for lunch for two... Just two pick two meals. One was a salad and soup, the other was soup and a sandwich. The pepperoni and chicken sandwich has 10 slices of pepperoni and about an ounce of chicken pieces. It was a sad example of corporate greed and a clear indication that Panera is beginning the downward slide to irrelevancy. I would not recommend eating here until they rethink their strategy."

"So disappointed! I got the Napa chicken salad sandwich and it's had like 2 tablespoon of chicken Salad on it. Come on, really guys.. it's one thing to raise the prices on everything (which is understandable but to skimp on the ingredients...) not cool. The only reason I'm not leaving 1 star is because the service was good and the broccoli Mac and cheese was good. Do better. : update, after another bad meal from there, I have reduced my rating down to 1 star, will not be going back."

"It was a typical Panera bread experience. Order some overpriced food that is completely under portioned for the cost. Nice enough staff, and the restaurant was definitely nice and clean. It just feels like your paying way too much for such a small portion of food. I get it, everything is expensive right now. But they've always been that way so that's not an excuse right now."

"proportions are wayyyy off. Spent 20.00 there tonight and this is what my “small” broccoli cheddar mac and cheese looked like. Remind you: I paid over $6.00 for this. I got a large caesar salad which was nothing special but I also got a bag of chips and a baguette for the two sides and neither one was in the bag. Not great. Employees were really nice though."
