"I bought a $50 dress there and was told "final sale" as they were swiping my card at checkout. Thinking nothing of it, I took the dress home to try on and it had a pen mark on the front and rip on the side. I went in and spoke with the owner and told her I would just like to exchange for something else in the store because I understood it was final sale. She then went on to degrade me in front of her employees and customers and basically tell me that I wore the dress and tried to return it. Not professional customer service which is disappointing because I love shopping local and supporting our local community."
