"It's Sunday night, a week before Christmas & there were only 4 cashiers on. I waited in a line that wrapped around 3x. I watched each & every cashier as they took their sweet time cashing people out - they were not trying to go quick at all. I ended up leaving my stuff in the cart & leaving the store after waiting in a none moving line & watching the slowest moving cashiers for 45 minutes. Needless to say - I never got my Christmas outfit"

"This place has really great deals on name brand items. Only thing is you have to really look. Also people open things and put them back, so make sure what you buy is sealed."

"Went to Burlington in Fall River, MA this morning. When it was my turn to go to a register, I asked my cashier about a possible discount for a scuff on boots I was purchasing. She got her manager to come over and before I could speak, the manager said no to the discount. I was trying to show her the scuff Mark and she would not look. She said that the boots were made like that. I have pictures of the Mark that I was trying to show her and the rest of the boots material. She would not let me get a full sentence out. She continued to say the same thing about how the boots were made and no discount. I asked her if she would let me talk and she rolled her eyes and nodded. I spoke, still trying to show her the scuff Mark on the toe on the left boot, but she was not interested. As soon as I finished, she repeated herself about got the boots were made and no discount. Awful customer service. If she would have looked at what I was showing her and let me talk, and still said no, that would have been fine. But the interrupting, facial expressions, eye rolling… that is not how you handle customers. Not happy with this service, especially while spending almost $200 there today."
