"Pumped gas here using a gift card that I got for Christmas, and my gift card got stuck in the machine at the pump. I went inside and told the employee that my card was stuck in the machine and he told me there was nothing he could do about it. I asked to speak to a manager and he said there was no manager there and that he was the only one working. I told him that I needed my issue fixed because it ate my card that had $20 on it that I needed to pay for gas...he gave me the manager's phone number and I called him explaining my issue, and he said he lived 10 minutes away and that he'd be in soon to help me. While waiting, a nice man who was in the store asked me because I looked lost, if I needed anything. I asked him if he had any pliers to get my card out of the machine, and he said that this happened to him before too, and he knew how to get it out. Somehow, he helped me. Thanks to this man I was able to get my card out. The employee didn't care to help me. Nowhere on the machine outside tells you to pay inside with a gift card. If it wasn't for this nice man I would've lost $20."

"I worked here for almost a year with no call outs and never being late. The manager "Nick J" was to releave me from duty so I could pick up my wife from work and my child from care. He was a no call no show. I was forced to leave after waiting a half hour and next day fired for "job abandonment." This place does not have any ethical or family values."
