"I went today to get my ears periced once again. When I went in I was greeted by Molly, who was a super sweet and incredible worker. She made sure everything was comfortable and made very friendly conversation. She made sure I was aware of all the deals going on and honestly I have nothing bad to say about her at all. If anything, she was probably one of the nicest retail workers I have ever met. Shout out for being amazing Molly!"

"Do not place an online order at this location. I placed an order a few Saturdays ago called a couple times the same day and got no answer, first off how do you run a business and not answer the phone. Finally got an answer the following day where i was told they tried to fill my order the night before and both items were out of stock yet i didnt receive any correspondence telling me that. I went into the store after being told that on that Sunday to see their other options a few hours later i received an email that my order was picked up which it was not because it couldnt even be filled so again i had to go back and was told its just a glitch in the system but my money will still be refunded. Well surprise surprise i still havent gotten my money back they pretty much stole my money. ZERO STARS bad business"

"Brought my daughter to get her ears pierced last week. Shannon was amazing! She was professional, very nice and kept my daughter calm. She also took her time to make sure the holes were in the perfect spot on her ears. My daughter loves her earrings and it was truly a great experience. Highly recommended, especially for kids who are nervous about getting their ears pierced!"
