"It used to be a great little place to get batteries replaced and watches cleaned, but twice in the past week I showed up during business hours (posted on the door) and it was closed - no signs explaining why; just one light on in the back but all display lights off. I waited a bit, then did other errands and came back in case it was lunch time - still no one there. So I just called to see if I could get their actual business hours (on voice mail greeting if not a person) and it just rang several times then disconnected."

"Scam... Went in to get several numbers reattached that had fallen off the face of a watch. Was quoted and paid what I considered a reasonable price ($50 for the number replacement plus $10 more for battery replacement). Or it *would* have been reasonable, had they not put the numbers back on noticeably crooked. See attached pics and judge for yourself (esp. the 2, 3, 4, and 7)... Perhaps even worse: the woman at the desk flatly denied that there was anything wrong with it, and refused my requests that they repair it properly. The only corrective action offered was to remove the numbers and give my money back. (So essentially, their offer was to re-break the watch for me--quite the remedy!) Needless to say, I instead took the watch back to avoid having to deal with them any further. Really wish I hadn't paid in advance, though... One other thing worth mentioning is that the store is often not open during their stated hours, including various times I went by to attempt to drop the watch off in the first place. Should have known better! Hopefully you, dear reader, now do."

"Arrogant staff. Clerk got defensive when I brought a piece they had previously fixed but remained defective. Service is slightly overprice. All-around waste of time."
