They spent hours working together until the ring was exactly what he wanted, and it was absolutely perfect. He had such a great experience with them that we came back to pick out our wedding bands. I designed my band based on an idea that I saw in a picture, but wanted to change a few things. Again, they spent a generous amount of time working with us to get a solid idea of what we wanted, including sending photos of mock-ups and getting samples of other rings for me to try on. When my ring was finished, it was better than I imagined. I absolutely love my engagement ring and my wedding band. They provided amazing, professional service and the production time was within reason. They were transparent about the entire process. We highly recommend them to everyone!"
