"The prongs on my diamond solitaire had seen better days from wearing it for over 20 years. My diamond came loose and was lost in my home! Thankfully we found it, but needed the ring repaired. "I can’t emphasize enough the level of expertise, and attention to detail, Sergio gives to the work he preforms. We traveled two hours to have me remount a diamond on a new ring. Being a very curvy ring and replacing with a princess cut I was worried the ring would not look natural. We discussed our options and decided our best option was to let him take the two rings and work his magic. Rather than have us drive back two hours to pick it is he promptly shipped it VIA UPS and updated us with tracking info. He was very efficient and and in my opinion was very reasonably priced. The new ring looks far better than we could’ve ever imagined, it just looks natural. I would make this trip time and time again to get this kind of professionalism and quality.
