"Women's Bathroom in kids department third floor is in poor shape. first stall doesnt lock and the toilet paper dispenser is too low with No clearance to sit. Second stall sprays water up on the seat when you flush and the third handicapped stall has no lock at all. Elevators don't have up to date inspection papers. Elevators were on the frits last time I visited."

I finally got her attention and asked her if they had any boxchain necklaces. She told me she had no idea what a boxchain necklace is. Keep in mind she was working in the jewelry department behind the counter. She then said quite rudely, what we have in the display case is what we have. I will never give them my business again. Very poor customer service."
