"I am giving the store a 2-star rating not because of the products they offer, but because of my experience with one of their employees. I had made a purchase (3/22/2022) online to pick up in-store today (3/23/2022). I headed over to the store as soon as they opened and met this not-so-nice sales associate. She told me one of the items wasn't available in-store, but the same item in another color was (a birthday tiara). I told her I would take the item. She then proceeded to tell me I would have to pay full price when the original item I purchased online was on sale for half the price. I asked her why she couldn't apply the discount to the same item, and she said that it was only possible if I could find the item online. I checked online and the item which was available in-store wasn't available online. By this time, I noticed she was very impatient and kept talking over me. When I told her she didn't have to be so mean, she said she didn't care since she had about a few months to work there. We engaged in a screaming battle and I headed out in disbelief that some people really take a job to ruin the reputation of a company. She was pretty much disgruntled. I hope her employer has a camera in the store, and I hope they get to see and hear all the crazy stuff she hurled at a customer."
