I asked to have it returned to the warehouse. She took care of everything and told me I would have my money in 6 to ten business days. We went there recently to shop for a nice ring for my wife's 60th birthday but in the end we didn't find anything we really liked or fit the occasion. The clerk explained to us that in this modern day and age, most Ross Simons Jewelry Stores have closed down and most of their business is now transacted on the internet. This is not a surprise. The store was clean and nice and the person we dealt with was very professional and nice. We will continue to shop for that special piece and will return to the Washington Street Jewelery District in Boston, Massachusetts next."

"I had concerns about a ring I ordered online that I believed was incorrect when receiving it because of the size of the band was much smaller than the description. The salesman argued with me because he said they don’t make the rings, they order them. I explained that customer service asked that I call the store and he just happened to answer. He HUNG UP ON ME! How rude…so I called back and he didn’t answer, some gal answered. Very, very POOR customer service. I regret not getting his name so I could mention him in this message."
