"Sent my ring for warranty service in 09/2023. Per usps, they received the ring. After many attempts to email and call the rep Diane Simmons, I have received no response. Very disappointing. Don’t buy class rings there."

Herff responded immediately to my inquiry after I had already placed the order and an associate helped hurry the order along. Received it in plenty of time and the finished product looks great. "Herff Jones is a joke.I ordered my daughter's class ring October 2021. After placing the order I Received a post card telling me the ring would be delivered to her high school March 24,2022 and that the ring had to be paid in full online before that day or bring cash or a money order. I took care of the payment well before time and we waited on the delivery day. (It actually worked out as a greeta Birthday Present or so I thought) Needless to say the rings did not arrive and we were told once again they would not be in until May 2. Well May 2 has passed and no ring. For the past week I have called every number I can find for Herff Jones and no ring when all of her friends are getting theirs. No one can seem to find hers but they were so happy to take my money for it. Sad part is I do not trust you to even order cap and gown for next year. WHERE IS THE RING? Between everyone I talk to NO ONE knows anything. What kind of business are you? Word of Advice..... NEVER ORDER ANYTHING FROM HERFF JONES!!!!! And trust me they are not even worth the one star I had to select just to post this review!"
