"I went to Jacques Jewelers for the first time yesterday to have a ring resized and it was a wonderful experience. I really know nothing about jewelry but Jacque and Reine taught me. Jacque showed me the process of resizing the ring and measured the stone for me, making sure I was aware of my ring the whole time. Reine taught me about gems and the different factors to look for in jewels. They both just provided wonderful conversation and were really kind. They sized the ring in house in about an hour, which made me very comfortable so I didn't have to drop off my ring and come back. Thank you for doing such a great job!"
