"I wasn't going to write a review until I was 100% sure I wasn't going to come back here for a wedding band and... now that I am sure, here I am! I came here to get my ring resized (not purchased from here) and the woman who helped me was a delight! She made me want to come back and work with them for my wedding band. However, when I got my ring back... you can see the incision mark (not sure if this is normal or not) but it's also lumpy. There is also a clear mark on my band where they used the clamps to hold it down to resize it. I didn't and don't care too much to go back because the way I see it, these are marks of me getting an important ring to fit right and c'est la vie but for others, some might not be as forgiving as I am. I kind of got the impression because the ring wasn't from there they didn't find the need to handle it with the same amount of care."
