"I've been going to Auto Craft, Inc. for over 30 years and wouldn't trust anyone else with my cars. IF ONLY every company were as customer-centric, quality-driven, trustworthy, and professional as Auto Craft. They are locally owned and work on my car as if were their own. Their mechanics are top-rate and their staff is knowledgeable and customer focused. Contrary to my experience with service centers at dealerships, I'm not treated like a number or a profit center at Auto Craft. My dealings are always with the owner, one of their long-time and capable staff members, or the mechanics, who have also been there for years and know my cars inside and out. There's a reason that for over 30 years I've driven 45 minutes to have Auto Craft service my cars. They're masterful at finding and fixing even the most baffling problem, eliminating the need for multiple return trips for the same problem. They take the time to explain, in layman's terms, what the problem is - often showing it to me on my car. They find a solution, offer any options, and provide an estimate, which is always spot on. The people I have referred to Auto Craft have also had great experiences, which is why I feel comfortable giving them my unconditional recommendation."
