"Went to this store to pick up something small, and received great quality customer service from Big - A Unfortunately when I was trying to leave I couldn’t get my car started, ended up getting stranded in the parking lot. After trying to handle it myself with no luck I was approached by Okey, the store manager. Okey helped me identify that it was an electrical issue, and that it was likely the starter. After a few taps to the starter I was able to get it started so I could make it home. Luckily they had one in stock, so looks like I have this weekend’s project booked! Okey and Big A were a HUGE help, and without them i’d be sitting in the parking lot waiting on a tow truck. Both had positive attitudes and insisted on going above and beyond to help. Service like this is why I always come back to this Autozone."
