"Hannoush isn't just for buying off the rack jewelry. They are my go-to place for restyling and/or restoring heirloom pieces and vintage finds. The jewelers here are very skilled at their art and I've appreciated their creative ideas for older inherited pieces that were not my style (e.g. they turned an ugly, overbearing 1920s cocktail ring into a beautifully eye-catching pendant - and even reused the gold from the ring shank to make the pendant loop so the whole piece looks original). They also did an exquisite restoration on an antique platinum and diamond engagement ring in a way that sized the ring up by three sizes but also managed to preserve most of the original engraving. I've also appreciated that they've been honest about pieces they couldn't fix or that could be damaged in the repair process."

"Had a very bad experience here. I purchased a Breitling watch. And it did not have a serial number. Be very careful in purchasing anything here. I went to take it back and they did not want to be bothered. This is not seiko watch very expensive watch. Cost $4,700 plus $300 for warranty."
