"We have taken our car to Rick's twice, once for an accident and once for a car break-in. They're helpful, informative, and nice. They even helped us out so we didn't waste money on a rental unnecessarily. (It took us a month to wrangle our appraiser which would have meant a moth of a rental) Without even looking at our car our insurance company tried to estimate the damage, Rick's worked with our insurance company to correct it to the actual damage price."

It was recommended by several people and the recommendations were spot on. From start to finish Rick’s dealt with the hassle of the insurance company and all that came with it to make sure my vehicle was brought back to 100%. Being stressed out from this whole ordeal Rick’s staff assured me along the way and made sure I was aware of the process as it unfolded. "My 2016 Passat was damaged due to ice. I took my car to them on a referral and boy am I happy I went there. I dropped my car off, they handed me keys to a rental and they took care of my car pretty much hassle free. It came out absolutely beautiful. Fully detailed inside and out. Couldn’t be happier."

"Terrible first time experience… the owner hit my car with another vehicle and repaired it without letting me know, I had to find out from a worker, that ended up getting fired for telling me, (something the owner should have told me himself) this was so unprofessional, also they had my car for more than 3 weeks, I have a friend with the same exact car and more damage than mine and his was fixed at another shop which paint matched his whole car and fixed all his damages in just over 1 week. My back bumber was also oversprayed. I will never be going here again and recommend others not to I really don’t appreciate the service I got here 1/10"

"It's with some regret that I have to write this review, because I've used Rick's Auto several times in the past and all have been relatively painless experiences, and with pretty good results. They kept my Toyota RAV4 for nearly a month for a rear bumper job and was told several times it would be ready the next day only to be informed that it wasn't. Even on the day when in actuality it was ready - it wasn't really. It hadn't been washed (there were several markings on the windshield still), wheel cover was missing - which by the way I still have not received or been communicated on a month after I picked up the car. And they informed me that the car would require an alignment, which if it did, they did a terrible job! To make matters worse, there were multiple tiny dents on the hood that had not been there when I dropped it off but was told it was from hail - can't remember the last time there was hail...but okay! While my past experiences have been good, this one was most definitely not. Unfortunately, I don't think I'll be using this shop again."
