"I came to this auto body shop on Wednesday, January 24, 2024, to have my car repaired. Initially, I felt a bit puzzled due to an unfavorable situation. However, I needed to get coffee from the nearby shop, and I requested assistance in this regard. The elderly man inside the body shop stated that he would call a tow truck and insisted that if I wanted to get my car repaired, I needed to enter and wait in line. During this time, I felt pressured to enter and initiate the process. This situation saddened and surprised me. I left the establishment, but instead of sharing a negative experience, I opted for a more objective approach to help everyone understand possible experiences. I'm sharing this to assist others in making their own decisions. I hope this review proves useful to future customers."
