"I purchased my vehicle from this location in May 2023. I brought the vehicle in for an oil change and break fluid replacement in November 2023. I also asked for the service team to investigate two issues which had been present since I bought the vehicle (blown out/poor audio speaker and nonstop creaking noise coming from the sunroof). I was charged two separate $175 diagnostic fees to investigate each of those, and neither one was resolved. I strongly feel these should have been included with my purchase of the vehicle and $400 service appointment (not including the failed diagnoses)."

This team was quick to replace my tire and had it ready sooner than expected. If I could give 10 stars I would!"

"From beginning to end everything was perfect and smooth. From Megan S.-Service Advisor had everything all set and checked me in, in no time! Went over everything that was going to be done, gave me a good eta when the job was going to be done and had my loaner vehicle all ready to go. My sales advisor Tim M. came over and checked on me and made sure everything was good to go and if i had any questions and if I was interested in any coffee or snacks and then went beyond and referred me to some local spots for breakfast and lunch and when the job was done, was there to make sure everything was good to go. Megan went over everything that was done. All other staff are extremely friendly and polite. Facility is modern, clean and comfortable.. I'd highly recommend going to Cape Cod BMW!"

"I have always been highly pleased with the service at BMW of Cape Cod. The service managers are really nice and informative. The service is more than satisfactory, and my car is clean when they are finished! I tried using local garages for tires and oil changes, and it didn’t work out, they were less expensive but didn’t do the checks and extras that BMW does and that ended up costing more in the long run. I really like the waiting area, I’m able to get work done there and be really productive (plus I love the fruit snacks). Thank you."

My vehicle was held for nearly a month & a half while awaiting a part, yet the the overall experience felt seamless thanks to Arthur going out of his way to be accommodating. He was proactive in keeping me informed from beginning to end - I always felt like I was in the loop, whether it was an update or just a call to let me know they were still awaiting the part to arrive. Peace of mind always goes a long way."
