"During my vacation in Cape Cod, I had a small rock stuck in my rental car's brakes that would make a horrible squeaking sound when I drove. I called Moore Automotive shortly before they closed, and they agreed to take a look. They quickly diagnosed the problem and removed the rock. When it came time to pay, the manager mentioned it was a quick fix and wouldn't charge me! I was very thankful but I still paid/tipped.
