"I'm not sure what is happening at Charland Appliance, but whomever is covering for Mike is awful. Mike fixed my washer in June, replaced the pump. He was courteous, fast and gave me a great price to fix. I'm having the same issue with my washer. I called back to have Mike come take a look at it and another repairman showed up. He was there for 5 minutes, I showed him the receipt for the work that was done in June and he either didn't want to do the job or didn't know how to. He lied to me and told me that he needed to call Mike and that he would come back later that day. When I called back he told me that Mike was on vacation and has now been on vacation for 3 weeks! I've had to call another company to come and fix my washer. It's too bad, Mike is a great guy!!!"
