They bring you and take you for a ride, and you get stuck with a bill for more than you should pay. Met other customers with same experience. I will not specify as I DO NOT trust their staff and would rather not be tracked."

"I had the most uncomfortable service visit. I went there for inspection. After the inspection Eastland Motors said I can't give you the sticker because of rear left brake light bulb was blown and it will cost $40.00 for the bulb. I said wait 40.00 and you saying I passed inspection but you going to hold the sticker. So I said wow and Eastland got little nasty and said look what are going to do.so I said since your not going to give me the sticker. Go ahead and replace the bulb. So of course the person looking for a bulb and could not find a bulb at the shop,so he said to me I will give you the sticker just go and get it fix I went to AutoZone and only paid $12. 00 and Auto zone help me. So bottom line I will never go back to Eastland Motors. Okay the owner said that part of inspection process. I just understand why cost so much and he also got upset because I questioned the light bulb. I also said I have looked at few reviews and explained how you over charged. I was just confused when he said it passed but will not give me my sticker felt bully and was not able to replace because he did not have the light bulb. Maybe it would be nice if would say the bulb is this and labor is that."

"I had done an oil change here and Roy charged me $2300. Because they called me that my brakes were broken(they couldn't work), but the fact was brakes are old but can work, otherwise, how did I drive every day. I didn't sign any agree documents, and they didn't tell me any number how much it is before they did. After this thing, I quoted for some auto repair stores, changing brakes is average around $800. I just offer the real numbers to let who is going to this store as reference."

"Don’t go here. New management as of 2020, price gouges and lies. They give you an initial price and give you something completely different when the job is “almost done”. They lie and tell you they are already working on the car when you say you’ll look around elsewhere. They also lie about the competitors prices when confronted. There are plenty of other places in the area that are friendlier, appropriately priced and trustworthy."
