"No longer a customer. When Marissa was answering the phones and doing the scheduling, I always received a prompt response and got scheduled within a week or two. It seems like ever since she left, RC has gone downhill. I made an appointment with them back in mid-December to do our annual generator service and the earliest availability they had was a month later. Made the appointment and they never showed up. Never answered my call or texts, just simply ghosted me with no update or explanation. It’s sad because I used to rave about RC and now they have lost a customer forever."
