"My wife and I purchased our dream boat, a few years ago and have been enjoying every minute of it. But in the back of my head I new I have never had an AUTHORIZED Volvo mechanic take care of the engine. The marinas that we used the past few years are all self trained, and this was beginning to bother me.We brought the boat to DePaul and it is amazing what they have done in one season. Based on the hours on the boat it was recommended that the cooling system be checked. They found what could have been a major problem in the near future. They sent pictures of the problem and what it should look like. You have to have confidence in you engine on the water, and having a team on authorized mechanics now taking care of mine is priceless. Additionally I have nothing but great things to say about Jenn at DePaul. If Jenn didn't know the answer to my question she found out and CALLED BACK or emailed that is unheard of.She is extremely professional, easy going and it never seemed like I was bothering her.
