"I used New Era to replace my 20+ yr old furnace and add AC, as well as the hot water heater that started to leak. My house is over 70n yrs old, so I will say this was not a straightforward job as if it were a new home. Overall, this was a very good experience. Both Steve, Joe and Modetsa was professional and courteous. I worked with Danny (I think he is part owner) throughout the process, and he gave a good breakdown of options and explained everything well. He is a good negotiator and we were able to get the price down a bit from the initial quote, so I felt like he was going the extra steps to work with me. I was given a fair market price for the work, if not cheaper than some other places. Scheduling was straight forward and I had no issues with them showing up when they agreed. The response time was certainly good. The work quality looks very solid from what I know of construction, and the office staff were also helpful. I only had a few minor issues during the install process that warrant mentioning; the main one being that my new dryer got unintentionally scratched by tools that were placed on it. I would recommend them based on my experience."
