Very honest, responsible, know their profession, and carry culture throughout the employee. Adriano was leading the project and was great with his team.Due to living in an older house with no access to gas pipes and the use of oil being not environmentally friendly, not to mention the cost during the winter month, I decided to install mini-split Fujitsu heating/cooling systems. I also changed my old water tank to an environment-friendly hybrid that uses less electricity change from oil to an electricity cooling and heating system made sense since I already have a solar system installed on my roof. New Era perfected the installation in a speedy, professional way. The system, installation time, and cost were all discussed upfront with no pressure. I was educated about government reimbursement, and they did not hesitate when I needed more help with the paperwork when the installation was finished. I was told daily what the work day would look like and let me know about the progress. The accountability of being at work when they promised and keeping the timeline amazed me. The culture of positivity, care, and respect the workers showed for each other while working at my house pleased me. The system has worked as a cooling system without problems throughout the summer, and the switch to heating is going well; it just needs to be put on a higher temperature mode if it is more than below freezing. The service is excellent. I had some issues at the very beginning, and after a phone call, they were on-site at no time at no extra cost. I am happy to be a customers of them."

They were on time, very courteous and professional.
